Before joining ICA in 2003, Dawn was employed by both national & regional insurance brokers in all lines of insurance including Commercial and Personal Lines, and Life and Health Insurance. Dawn works with a variety of businesses including higher education, manufacturers, hospitality, retailers and association programs.
Dawn has obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, and is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. She is currently pursuing the Accredited Risk Manager designation.
