Sue Bernstein has been a risk management consultant with ICA since 1996 and has been a licensed attorney since 1988. Upon graduating law school, Sue completed a one year clerkship with an Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Thereafter, Sue was an associate with a private-practice law firm specializing in insurance coverage then went on to utilize her insurance coverage expertise at a large, nationally-recognized legal publisher writing and editing legal treatises on such topics as insurance law, products liability, personal injury and aviation accident law. At ICA, Sue services a varied portfolio of clients and has established an expertise in habitational real estate. Sue actively serves as an expert witness covering myriad insurance issues.
Sue received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rutgers College and her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law - Camden. She is a member of the Society of Risk Management Consultants and the Berkeley Heights Township Insurance Subcommittee.
