Barron S. Wall, ARM, PMC, Managing Associate Barron Wall joined ICA in 1973 and went on assignment as risk manager to Twin County Grocers, where he was responsible for managing the risk management department, as well as the property and casualty and employee benefit programs that were provided to the co-operative retail member Foodtown stores. He returned to ICA in 1976 and became responsible for developing and directing many national and regional Association Programs for various industries. Today, Barron, as Managing Associate, is headquartered in the Mahwah, NJ office, where he oversees the activities of the firm and its consultants in providing risk management consulting services to ICA’s domestic and international clientele. Because of the ever increasing complexities in today’s business environment, Barron focuses on the changing needs of ICA’s Clients to develop risk management consulting services uniquely tailored to meet their needs. Barron received a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University, and studied at the College of Insurance. He holds his Associate in Risk Management designation. He was the Director of the Society of Risk Management Consultants from 1985-86 and from 1990-92. He served as President of the Insurance Consultants Society from 1981-83, and is a member of the Commerce & Industry Association, the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce, the New Jersey Business and Industry Association, the Consultant’s Bureau, and is an Associate Member of the Risk Management Consultants of Ontario. Currently, Barron serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for William Paterson University - Cotsakos College of Business. Barron is the creator and custodian of ICA’s comprehensive Library and Research Center, and he acts as Project Leader on ICA seminars. Barron often speaks before a variety of professional organizations, and authored numerous articles and columns in reputable periodicals that are also available in ICA's Media Center.
