MEET OUR PROFESSIONALS

Michael A. Santulli, Esq., Associate Michael A. Santulli, Esq. joined ICA as an Associate in 2005 and handles a diversity of firm clients from industrial manufactures and software developers to educational institutions with a specialization in property development/management firms and international hospitality/resort companies. Before coming to ICA, Michael was General Counsel for the Cambium Group, an overseas industrial development and sourcing firm with offices in the People’s Republic of China and Vietnam. Prior, he worked in Rome, Italy with an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the area of project management and finance aiding in the development of waste-to-energy power production facilities throughout Southern Europe. Michael graduated from The University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where he earned an Academic Achievement Scholarship, was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and upon graduation received the National Barrister’s Award for excellence in oral advocacy. Michael also served as a Judicial Intern within the New York State Supreme Court and the United States Federal District and Federal Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern District of New York. Michael is licensed to practice law in New York State and is a member of the American Bar Association, The Association of the Bar for the State of New York and the New York Columbian Lawyers' Association, First Judicial Department. He is also currently working toward obtaining his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations
